The numbers or percentages where the bedbug infestations were by region are as follows: 17% of bed bugs of the United States were found in the Northeast; 20 percent of the infestations were in the Midwest region; 20% bedbug infestations were located in the South; and finally 19% of the national wide bedbug infestations were found in the west.
